Leadership Team
Dave Leamer
M.A., LPC
It is my pleasure to work daily with our Leadership Team in directing every aspect of our growth, operations, and quality. I am fortunate to be involved in every aspect of our company, while maintaining a small clinical role and personally engaging with each staff member and consumer.
Since starting the company sixteen years ago, my role has remained the same, but the joy of working with such a talented group of professionals has far exceeded anything I could have imagined.
When not enjoying the privilege to work alongside such an incredible group, I'm with my wife of 44 years, with our four children and their families — which includes 10 grandchildren — or on a sailboat with our Portuguese Water Dog, Maisie.

Megan Deslatte
M.S.,
Level 2 PFA-SBT Credentialed Practitioner
As Clinical Director at Applied Counseling and Consulting Services, I provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight for our Behavior Support Specialists and their teams. I am passionate about developing strong, accountable teams through mentorship, professional development, and evidence-based practices while ensuring the highest standards of quality and person-centered care. With more than 15 years of experience in human services, behavioral health, and developmental disability services, my career has been dedicated to helping individuals reach their fullest potential.
What I enjoy most about my work is seeing the impact our services have on the lives of the individuals we support. Whether it's celebrating the small victories that happen every day or witnessing life-changing milestones — such as someone moving into their own apartment or achieving a goal they've worked toward for years — those moments inspire me. Watching individuals gain independence, confidence, and a greater quality of life is the most rewarding part of what I do.
I hold a Master of Science in Human Services/Public Administration from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Urban Studies from Elmhurst College. I have also completed advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology and continue to pursue ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in the field.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring nature, and traveling to new places — whether close to home or across the country. You'll often find me relaxing with a good book and a cup of coffee, appreciating life's simple moments while continuing to seek new adventures and experiences.
