As a Community Support Specialist you will…
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring health, safety, dignity, and individual rights of learners at all times
Provide service delivery as scheduled (on time) and as defined in learner’s homes and local communities
Participate in observation and basic data collection to help shape goals/objectives
Complete and submit all daily progress notes and timesheets in a timely and professional manner in accordance with ACCS guidelines
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with team members as needed
Adhere to ACCS Policies and Procedures
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license, car insurance, car registration and inspection stickers
High school diploma or GED
PA Background check with no criminal record (FBI finger printing for candidates out of state)
Previous experience in related field highly preferred

· Develop Skill Building Plan (SBP) that identifies goals to be monitored, and is comprehensive in specifying strategies for implementation to support the individual’s progress
· Monitor and analyze data, making changes when necessary
· Provide training on the Skill Building Plan and its implementation
· Complete and submit all daily progress notes and timesheets in a timely and professional manner in accordance with ACCS guidelines
· Participate in team meetings and collaborate with team members as needed
· Adhere to ACCS Policies and Procedures
Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to human services such as sociology, special education, psychology, gerontology, applied behavior analysis, etc.
· PA Background check with no criminal record (FBI finger printing for candidates out of state)
· Previous experience in related field highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure clients’ health, safety, dignity, and individual rights
· Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
· Develop Behavior Support Plans (BSP) that are individualized, identify SMART behavioral goals to be monitored, and are comprehensive in specifying strategies for implementation to support the individual’s progress
· Develop a Crisis Intervention Plan (CIP) and provide crisis intervention support as needed
· Monitor and analyze data, making changes when necessary
· Provide training on the BSP and its implementation
· Collaborate with the person’s service treatment team, including participation in the individual’s ISP meetings
· Complete/submit all daily progress notes and time sheets in a timely/professional manner in accordance with ACCS policy
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or Gerontology
o AND/OR have a PA Behavior Specialist License
o AND/OR BCBA – ACCS offers supervision to those pursuing BCBA
