Heather Moran
Heather earned her Master’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Licensed Behavior Specialist. She has worked in the ID/D and mental health fields, in various capacities, for over 10 years. Heather enjoys traveling, working out and spending time with her family.
